At Sneex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear and apparel. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn sneakers and original box into a shipping mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
